The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from the famous attractions. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to leave our luggage and even arranging a late check-out. We were thrilled to find a bakery nearby and some great restaurants in the vicinity. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend this accommodation for a safe and relaxing trip. It truly exceeded our expectations!

The rooms at The Flower in Pisa are cozy and comfortable, with a simple yet stylish design. I liked how each room had a desk, perfect for getting some work done during my business trip. The private bathroom was a great convenience, and the flat-screen TV provided some entertainment after a long day. Plus, the garden views and free WiFi added a touch of relaxation and connectivity.

I wish the rooms had more seating areas, apart from the desk. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

Housekeeping did not automatically make the beds or provide fresh towels daily, but promptly provided fresh towels upon request. The fridge was disconnected when the room card was taken, resulting in defrosted food.

the owner was kind and professional, and the room was clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect for exploring all the popular sites in the city. I appreciated the free parking provided for my car. Although there was some noise from the road outside, it didn't bother me much as I was tired and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with elegant furniture and beautiful floral arrangements. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with easy access ramps and elevators provided throughout the property, making it convenient for me to navigate.

I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could have provided some assistance with carrying luggage or offered a helping hand when needed.

Pietro, the owner, was a pleasant and accommodating host, despite my poor Italian language skills. the property was secure and located in a residential area, which made it feel like a home away from home.
